The most important element of the office design is the general layout. It is essential that there be abundant space for employees to be able to get around quickly and easily.
This certainly does increase the efficiency of the office, because employees can get from one end of the workspace to another quickly and easily if they need to speak to other team members.
Overall, it isn’t just the staff that works in the building that will benefit from being able to see how their company is proactively creating a workspace where they can get things done efficiently, but visiting clients and potential clients will be able to see this as well.
