Are the Credit Cards in Your Wallet Becoming A Burden?

October 5, 2009 · Filed Under Finance

The credit organizations are seriously suffering at this moment and because of this are passing their rough times on to the typical debtor. They are minimizing credit limits, raising interest rates, and holding back on issuing credit all together. This is creating a big issue for everyone of us who hold credit cards and charge on them for every purchase. I feel like my credit cards are becoming heavier and heavier every time I go to use them because of the never ending rising interest rate. Even if I desired to do a balance transfer, I cannot because the remaining banks with reduced rates are not issuing them at the moment. So I’m consumed charging the cards I’m already currently depending on, at a increased APR. It’s closing in on the condition that I might have to let the bills go delinquent and hire a debt relief company to settle the debt. I was good paying down the cards before this economic crisis, before the banks were putting a financial noose around my neck.
