Psychology knows how to reveal your falsehood
I believe this topic is so valuable for both – those who use to uncover lies and liars. For a good psychologist it’s not a problem at all to remark a liar, as there is a whole clump of functions a liar would convey.
So, if during a dialogue, the interlocutor touches the face, this is an obvious sign you’re being crammed. Others combine it with some coughing. You see, the problem is that when someone tells inventions, their thinking always wants the hand to cover the mouth as if fearing not to allow the lie to become revealed. When covering the mouth, he might also touch the nose, as if finding an excuse that the nose disturbs.
Have you ever tried to trick someone and at the same time look them exactly into eyes? I don’t think so, unless you’re not an expert liar. Also this is a gesture known by psychology to be of lie. However, subconsciousness uses some functions for excusing that. Men often rub their eyelid, whilst women run their fingers under eyes (as if correcting the make-up).
Liars use to talk very softly, not opening widely the mouth. But don’t be confused, maybe they are simply angry. It was concluded that weighing down the collar means the liar thinks he was uncovered. Also, it could be followed by drops of sweat on the face.
Finally, when your conversational partner bites his fingers, most probably he wants a support – an invention or a lie.
So, learn these gestures and don’t allow anybody to fool you but do you can catch out others. Good luck…
